TASCAM DM 3200 - more of 16 tracks???

hi to all: i have questions about my new Tascam dm 3200; I use it with pro tools 9 hd. I have IF/Fw 32ch Firewire for Audio recording. All work ok but when I mix, I can to control only tracks 1-16!!!!!When I'm in Remote modality, even if I press Ctrl + Level Ch 17-32 (in space ENCODER) can not control more than 16 channels! Can someone explain where I'm wrong? thanks

I'm a little confused about your question. Are you talking about recording control of live music or recorded music control. You can control 1-16 live or course or recorded as you have set up your routing as M/L inputs. In pl 9 you have fader control over the first 16 channels. In your firewire card set up screen, do you have 16 channel or 32 channel bottom on. You should be able to control 32 channels via slot 1 into pro tools.
