Can someone help me find an owners manual for this PortaStudio that I can download from the Internet?

Write to Tascam's parts department, or give them a call
That manual isn't available online. Believe me, I tried. I had to go through the TEAC headquarters in Saitama, Japan. (I live in Korea, btw.) I just happen to have a good friend who lives in Saitama, so as a favor I had him get one for me. Anyway, go to www.tascam.com and e-mail their parts department. They'll probably have a manual somewhere in their warehouse.

Thanks for your help. I have tried to find it as well. I emailed Teac to get the price and availability of the manual.

AHA GUYS:
I HAVE "DA" MANUAL.
Thing is, I have to copy the pages, feed the paper, and mail the copies to wherever.
If you can't get it from Teac, post me.
As a matter of fact, I still have a MKII 8 tracker in my "vault." I've recorded some nice stuff on that box; mixed the tapes to and through my Yam 2816 and got some decent CDs. Memories!
It would take me a couple of weeks to get a copy to whomever. Cash up front--you can trust the Green Hornet to deliver.

Or how about you get a copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro and scan it in for the whole world to view online? Karma will thank you later. If not, name your price, I'll do it.

I don't have a "scanner." I really don't want to put it on the net for the whole world and tangle with Copyright stuff. A copy here/there=no problema.
But, I'm sure it's available in other places. I just happen to keep manuals and old gear.

Glad to see the 488 manual is available on PDF.
I'm one who keeps manuals Ghost--so, if I sell my old boxes, the manual goes with it.
I don't have any manuals for extension cords though.
