Tascam 488 mk ii Problems with Rewind

Hey there,

Just bought a Tascam 488 mk ii, Everything works great other than the return to zero function. Wherever I set the zero point it always goes way past that point when rewinding. The farther I get from the zero the more off it is. If there's any other information I can give that will help let me know.
