tascam 464 to PC

Hello,
This question has gone around many times I imagine.I recently purchased a used Tascam portastudio 464.Ok here it goes after I get to the final mix-down and I like what I here,can I use a L-R rca from line out on the tascam to mini 1/8 L-R cable to my line in on my sound card and use my media rack and select record via line in and record on my wave player to create a wav.file and burn it to cd?

System: hp 8495,20gig hd,550pIII,128meg`s ram,master riptide pci sound card,ATI rage all in wonder 128 agp card with 16.0 m of memory,hp 8100 plus cd writer with adaptec software.

I think I know what you are asking. Get a cable with a 1/8" stereo jack on one end that goes to two RCA jacks on the other end. The 1/8" goes to your sound card and the two RCA's go to the left and right outs on your Tascam. I got one at Radio Shack.
