Tascam 424 mkII > USB Interface > PC?

Does anyone know of an inexpensive (preferably) USB interface that I could send the mix from my Tascam 424 mkII 4-track to, in order to get my songs into a stereo track on my computer? My current sound card is just a Soundblaster Audigy II, and what I was told is that It cannot be done with a sound card like this. Thanks in advance for your help!

Someone was mistaken because you can mix down to stereo with the Audigy soundcard.

Oh cool. Does anyone know of any simple stereo recording program that I could use to record the stereo track?
