Could anyone please tell me does the tascam 414 mk2 have an output where you can transfer it to another deck for mixdown? Thanks

Yes it does. or do you mean for each of the four tracks, individually. I think you can do that, too, You would have to use the monitor outs and the line outs, with all tracks panned hard L or R to isolate them.
