Tascam 388 Pitch / Speed issues Help

Thanks for all the tips guys.

I ended up calling Tascam (good suggestion on calling them, they answered right away) But they're out of capstan motors and the part has been discontinued...

I ended up sourcing one from Audio Proz though, so hopefully the new motor and a calibration will get me back up and running.
