Hi everybody,
I have just finished reading an article online where it was suggested that you can modify the quality of the output from the Tascam 38 by "replacing the opamps on the play/rec PCB with National
LME49720's or AD8599's. My question is can anybody tell me how I physically identify the Oamps on the board. I can solder and read the ciruit diagrams to an extent but I am struggling to actually find these componants! I think they are dual inline pins but I can't see in my manual where it actually refers to opamps so I am just guessing! Help please as this sounds a great upgrade which I feel that I can undertake once I identify them!
