Tascam 308 mixer

Hello,

I need some help learning how to use the Tascam 308 mixer.

I have the owners manual but am looking for some more education such as:

How and when to use the Buss system?
How and when to use a patchbay?
And general info on how to maneuver around on this mixer.

Possibly someone could recommend a good resource book or some past threads.

I am familiar with recording techniques but was using a digital audio workstation for the past 10 years and all the routing was and effects were internal

I'm looking for a manual too. i have the 320b but i here it's the same. ghost i wanted to go all analog but i couldent pass it up. i got the board for $50.00 and my multitrack for $275.00 but it's digital it's a sony pcm-3324a 24 track dash machine (broke my back moving it 445lbs) i also plan on tapping into my pc for software instraments and effects. i will figure out how to hook it all up, maybe. but i could use a copy of the manual for the board.
