I am looking to sell my near-perfect Tascam 234 cassette deck. Was mounted in a rack in its previous life (slight chipping in the thread areas of the rack handles) but shows VERY FEW hours of use. The transport is very quiet and works perfectly. One or two very faint scratches on the case but the unit still looks nearly brand new. The warning sticker for double speed operation and the 4-track head is still in place on the tape window.
I am looking to get $250 for the deck, although offers are welcome. I would prefer selling locally in Southwestern Ontario (Canada), but if the buyer pays the costs I will consider shipping.
The only reason I am selling this deck is to support the purchase of a mint Revox B77MKII 1/2-track high speed R2R deck.
