Channel 1 suddenly won't print. Plays back fine. Any likely culprits?

What have you checked? Tape path look good? (cleanliness and alignment).
Recently transported it or anything like that?
Tape good? Solder joints to the heads ok? If it's like the 22-2 the plastic cover just pops off for cleaning/inspection.
