I've heard of RMGI, but are there any other tape manufacturers? And do any of them make tape larger than 1/4"?

The two current tape manufacturers are RMGI and ATR. Both make tapes from 1/4" to 2".

And Zonal, but their product availability seems to be limited to the UK for the most part. And it's only 1/4".

RMGI is out of Oregon, I just bought some 1/4" from them. I'll be getting some 1/2" soon. They're a good outfit, quick ship and reasonable prices. And I'm in Canada, and my order still got here quick.

They are, but IIRC they have a US office as well.
