Take a stab at this body.

No name stripped tele body, 3 piece solid mahogony. Routed same as tele except for a channel for wires running from the pickup cavity to the hump above where the neck mounts to the body (base string). There, there is a cavity for some kind of swith like a pickup selector on a Les Paul. The channel is exposed and had to covered by the pick guard??
Have the pickups, old, not sure if anything is stamped on them but I am sure I checked them for a Fender no. or some type of ID at one time. Will have to dig them up.

Are you just asking what it is supposed to do, or do you want to know what brand it is? It could be any brand. I know Warmoth makes these... here's an example in alder.

Fender did make a few like that in the 70's, I had one in 1972, sounds just like that, it had a Fender humbucker in the neck position and a standard tele in the bridge, I eventually swapped it with someone for a Strat. It wasn't the greatest ever made by Fender, it was one of the CBS models, but they are now making them as a reissue.
