T3 Studio Projects
This is a review of the Studio Projects C1.

It mentions that the T3 sounds like an AKG C12.
Heard nothing but great things about this entire mic line.
I LOVE my C1. Alan Hyatt from PMI audio, who distrubute these mics as well as the Joemeek line, is a straight up guy who you can contact and will answer any questions you may have. I believe he also designed these mics.

I posted an initial Studio Projects T3 valve mic review here about a month ago. I've had no luck at all on numerous attempts to locate the post using the search engine.

The T3 , NTK Rode, or the Nady unit all seem like good deals. The Apex T50 I think it's called, is very well built, though I haven't auditioned it yet.
The T3 has a great response curve. And it has multiple pattern selection.
I am going to try them all soon.
