T.C. Electronics Finalizer

A friend of mine is selling his and I was gonna buy it for 500$. Anyone using one of these? Its the wizzard series one, about 4 years old. Just wanted to gauge if its a good buy. And also see how hard are they to use?

The T.C. Electronics finalizers are pretty easy to use and work well.

For what it's worth, I love my Finalizer Plus.

Keep in mind, it will not replace professional mastering.

it will not replace the waves masters plug ins either.

Used for "mastering", I personally HATE that black box, but used as a subgroup compressor it`s really cool......

I agree. I don't plan on opening my door for mastering albums(demos yes). I plan on using it on my mixes as a tool for making my mixes better. I already have waves bundle and I use the C4 and L1 a lot.
