Sytek Mic pre's

Hey fellow pre-heads... I'm checking around for some nice clean preamps. I have read some good reviews on the Sytek 4 channel unit and I was wondering if anybody out there had any experience?

i can get a Sytek (4channels) for around 750 or so, and it seems like a good deal....

I think they sound great, and haven't heard very many complaints about them from others, in general.

They've been used and endorsed by some pretty big names in the audio industry, and are widely-regarded as an outstanding value for a professional-level mic pre.

I think a competitor said something like incredible for the money but not much headroom. I took it as an honest compliment.
