I have been digging this guy for a few months. He is funny and he knows what he is talking about. Check him out, I will post my favorites. If you are new to synths, this guy gives you a master class in real quick time.

I watch him. Keeps cropping up on my feed. Does Bad mean Good here?
Some of the stuff he reviews is very cool.

Probably pops up if you have been looking at any kind of synth.

I don't know if bad means good here. I have seen some gear he does call bad, but I can never tell as he doesn't give a clear "like or dislike". I just like his reviews,

I do get information from them and tips on ways to use various synths. Plus he makes me laugh. That is worth something :)

The guy bugs me - actually his video bugs me - constant memes related to nothing in particular -

Awesome? I had to fight pressing stop for so many reasons. The trouble with reviews like this where people turn knobs and stab buttons is that you never have to worry about sync, because these evolving sounds rarely are repeatable and watching a knob turn rarely reflects a specific result. Great if you like the Kraftwork origins into current dance sounds. You hear some great stuff, but have no idea what you are listening to in terms of replicating it. Just a pile of interesting sounds, that following the video would fail to produce. I have so many vsti synths that these sounds are not rare, they're the opposite - so common in every synth that with patience - the yamahas, korgs, rolands and others can easily do. He enthused of a filter. It sounded like well, a filter. The waveforms sounded like the waveforms. Great videos, with character, but hardly helpful in terms of telling you how - just showing you they can? I still don't understand the concept of flipping good and bad. Or is it Good and even better, bad? God I'm old.

I actually find it more entertaining than informative, TBH. You make all valid points, but I also think there are Synth nerds out there that would at least get an idea of the equipment.

But first and foremost, I think the guy is pretty funny. Just thought some synth nerds would enjoy.

That, I get. The UK's entry into the Eurovision Song contest is a cranky, eccentric youtuber this year, who I suspect is actually taking the p*ss out of the system - he's called Look mum, no computer!!!

That came up on my YouTube algorithm. It is almost funny. I do like the retro parts, but it sort of fell short for me. Still cool.
