Syncing VS880s...

I'm technology impaired and need HELP! We just picked up a second VS880 which we are syncing to another 880. Everything works fine except we haven't figured out how to get audio from the slave to the master and still have 16 usable tracks. Manuals aren't much help.

I don't think audio transfers from one to the other.....

You are just synching the 2 units up so that they will record and play back at the same time. The audio data resides on each individual machine and is not shared. It doesn't transfer from the slave to the master.

Your 16 tracks come from:

8 tracks on the master

plus

8 tracks on the slave

Equals 16 tracks.............
