I have a Crate amp, and the pedal switch is a piece of shit. It has three switches, lead, rhythm, and reverb. Do I have to live with it or can I replace it with something else by Fender or something? Thanks.

When you say piece of shit....does it just not switch channels when you push it?

The nuts @ the jacks are made of PLASTIC. They've never held and one is stripped. I guess I could try to fix it; I just hate it and wanted to know if I could use something else.

I don't know if a Fender switch would work on a crate, but I can tell you that the Crate switch (I have one like the one you described) will not work on a Fender. I tried it on a Princeton Chorus (nothing,) a Pro 180 (chanel switching only,) and a Twin (chanel switching or reverb on/off but wouldn't work both from a single stereo jack.)
