Vox, you're right about the mp3 clinic. But, the Hip Hop board is usually frequented by more of those part of the Hip Hop culture.
If I want input on whether my beat is up to par (creatively) with the Hip Hop scene, I post here. If I want input on the sonic quality, mixing technique, etc, then I'd post on the mp3 clinic.

Welcome to the board.
I'm listening to "Forever" right now. Tight track here, real nice quality. The bass and kick are right where they need to be. I like the chord progression in the piano, but it gets monotonous. That snare roll really adds a nice build up into the hook and change of sections. Nice mellow track, I would only suggest making more changes to the piano progression and possibly adding another element into the hook for more of a climatic feel.
"Stranger in the Rain" - nice intro, tight, tight string work. That's gotta be a sample right? Defintive underground sound and done quite well. I'm not too into the simplicity of the drum line, but it works alright for the piece. What's up with bass instrument? It seems to just buzz, no punch or rumbling.
Overall, very nice work. Mix quality is excellent. Keep 'em coming.
