Does anyone know how the Sun Studio was set up in the 1950's' in Memphis, Tennessee? Where Elvis was discovered.

I saw a show on it during its rebirth, can't remember how many times it had rebirth or afterbirth.

Drove by it and its a tiny,tiny, frkn place. At 30mph, you blink your eye or take a bong hit and you missed it.

the show also said at one point someone bought a bunch of the original ceiling tiles or all of them, because they believed it held "THE ENERGY OF ELVIS RECORDING SESSIONS".......though it is true Energy never dies, it just changes states."

anyway, i wanted to go in, but my buddy thought FHK THAT...we were in a hurry to go watch grown men wearing funny pants and hats chasing a ball around in a partially grassed fenced in enviroment...er....a baseball game in short.

I'm pretty sure they had some microphones that went to a tape recorder. They'd have musicians (like Elvis) come in and sing and play into the mics and some guy named Sam Phillips worked the stuff.
