Suggestions to improve my system

I have this modest home system:
Neumann Tlm 102
Presonus Bluetube BlueTubeDPV2
Tascam USL 122
an Xp netbook with Cooledit installed
I already perform semi-pro home voicerecording and I would love to improve... which suggestions and hints in order to??

Anyway -- The most important parts of ANY recording rig are the monitoring chain and the room treatment. Put whatever other gear you want in there -- You will forever be limited by those two things no matter what.

Thanks for your point. Actually I don't have room enough for that :-( I only have a widescreen surrounding the mic and can just perform low volume readings at 15-20 centimeters from it, obviously helping with an antipop...
