if you dont need a 4in card, you can get the Delta DMP3 preamp and a Delta Audiophile soundcard for between $300-$350......
the audiophile uses better converters than the Delta 44, but they are on the pci card and not on a breakout box....the inputs on the Audiophile are unbalanced RCA's and the 44 has balanced 1/4"......
either way, youll have a great combo....
