Hi.
Stupid question - I really should know the answer to this, but I can't figure it out. And reading that horrible manual makes me want to put a gun to my head.
I own a VF-16 with ver. 3.13 of the O/S with a 40gig hard drive. I want to delete (i.e. "cut") all the recorded tracks of a particular section of a program. I know how to erase a section of a program. I know how to move a section of a program. But is there a way to simply "cut" the offending section without have to first perform an erase and them a move?
Example: I record practices of my band, so the programs will get pretty big. Sometimes, I want to keep certain sections and/ or delete other sections of the same program. For example, I'd like to delete the first 30 minutes of the program, so that minute 31 now becomes minute 1.
TIA,
ray
