Ok, I know how to record, I have the gear. Lately I'm starting to feel defeated.. I do my drum tracks with software. my vocals, guitar tracks, and bass are all me. I have a pc that is as follows.
Win 7
amd 64 x2 2.8gb
4gb ram
768mb nVidia gfx chip
C: 100gb
D: 500gb
My Problem is I have an M-Audio USB Fast track, and a Lexicon Lambda
My software is: cakewalk guitar studio, sony acid music, cubase LE, cakewalk sonar, but I'm having like a 0.368 ms delay... It doesn't seem that big but is noticeable ENORMOUSLY. Cubase had an app to help with that but no matter the settings the delay is still there... it's all USB 2.0 so it should be cool, but no dice, any advice... also I've had the same issue with XP and Vista...
