Does anyone have an idea which mic James LaBrie (Dream Theater) uses in the studio?? Not that I can afford one...but..
James' vocal work is simply incredible on their newest CD SFAM... The softness of the tones as he goes through his "breathy" passages gives me chills. I have noticed James "posing" with the mic on several CD's and I was always curious which mic gives him that incredible sound...
You never know - I could win the lottery and If i do will build a killer studio!! Complete with THAT MIC!!
