... what would you build in a 4000ft area(say 40' x 100')? I'm basing this on a completely off the top of my head size estimate of a local studio.
It was built into an old car repair garage by a friend of mine's dad. I think they made a huge mistake with layout and have been coming up with my own ideas and am interested in what others' (hopefully rick fitz, etc.) would come up with.
This is just for a bit of fun, and maybe for some education.
Here is a (roughly to scale and memory) paint drawing of what it's like. Feel free to make it n whatever program you wish. Give as much detail/explanation as you can.
