Stubborn Knobs

Hey all -

I just purchased an M312B that I'm in the process of cleaning up - how do you folks pull the knobs off without scratching the mixer or tearing up the plastic knob skirt?

Never mind...

I wrapped the end of a screwdriver in electrical tape to prevent scratching and popped the stubborn ones right off.
