Strats and Marshall

Hey guys

I got a Strat with single coils

I brought my TSL home for a tone overhaul

PLEASE POST YOUR SETTINGS OR SUGGESTED SETTINGS!

It would be a great help, ive only had this amp since april

i set it once and it sounded pretty fuckin good, but i want a different tone, so any suggestions they are welcome

Well, that depends on whether you want to sound like Tom Petty or Morbid Angel! Seriously...no 2 people use the same settings, it's all a matter of taste. However, do you have a specific sound you're looking for that you just can't dial in? In that case someone could probably help.

My favorite settings? All knobs all the way up. On channel 2. Master half up, or more if you can stand it. I don't like channel 3 alot, and very rarely use it. The clean channel is ok, and depends on the guitar. I usually scoop some mids for a more sparkley sound on it. But channel 2 dimed is where this amp shines. Of course, it doesn't sound half as good with one of my Strats as it does with one of my SG's or Les Paul. Strats just don't have the push to really make the amp scream.

This is all through a TSL100 through a 1960 cabinet.
