Hi!... I'm new at this so please bare with me....

Basically I'm trying to record my guitar in y laptop using SONAR 6.
The laptop runs on Windows XP and uses a REALTEK HD, I'm just plugin g my guitar into the mic using a LINE 6 POCKET POD, and that9s it.

Problem is that for some strange reason if I play slowly it records perfectly, but is I play faster .. lets say doing a fast rhythm guitar .... the recording ends up sounding really strange soung like a flanger... you now?.. the volume drops down and well strange effects appear..... I have no idea of why this happens...

so if any of you have at least a suggention... I would appreciate it a lot!!!!!

Thanks!!!

sounds like a weak transfer. USB or Firewire? I'm taking its USB. What's the specs on the PC you're using?

Hi! Buckkillr, thanks.... but i already soved the problem it was a stupid config problem with the REALTEK sound card.. it had a "noise suppressor" feature enabled and that was causing all this issues...

but thanks for your help...
