Behringer HPX2000 Headphones.
OOOOOhhhhh yea, baby ! ! ! !
I just bought 4 more pair this afternoon, because the local music store just got in a whole shipment's worth. They're listed as "DJ headphones," but fuck those DJ's. These are great for tracking and listening. Extremely comfortable, and they sound good to boot. Just don't track quiet stuff like acc guitar or soft vocals 'cuz they'll bleed like . . . well, things that bleed a lot.
I was just walking by, and all of a sudden, I peep in the window, and there they were, calling me . . .
"Come, Chessrock . . . come . . . only $20 . . . "
Seriously, if you have any plans on doing anything recording-wise, you need decent headphones, and you need like a whole shitload of them, because they get lost, stolen, or you get like 100 people who want to come in and record at the same time.
And you need cheap headphones that don't suck. Get these headphones. Like now.
