"STFU" - does this need a lead?

I'm pleased with how this came out, but I'm not sure if it needs a lead. When I wrote it I had a lead in mind but drew a blank when it came to laying one down.

It doesn't need one but I'd be tempted to throw down a couple & see if any work.
 
I'll have the other guitarist I work with have a try. After about 30 minutes of noodling last night, even trying the guitar across my lap doing some tapping, I just couldn't find anything that worked and didn't seem forced. I'm not the greatest lead player, especially high energy stuff like this. :cool:

No it doesn't need a lead. The riffage is plugging away throughout. Its like a whole song of lead really.

If I was going to force a small lead, it would be over that breakdown park three quarters of the way through.
