Her is a tune I finished last night using Groove Agent. It's fairly mellow, but it should give you an idea of the quality of the samples and the playing. I found it to be very user friendly. The tune is called "Sisters".

OK, sorry, one more time

By the way, for those of you not familiar with Groove Agent, it is a virtual drummer VST plugin.

yeah - nice and mellow!
though imo the drums are too dry, and that bgr-synth is too centered and needs maybe also a reverb

cheers

reverb etc.

Yah, I just threw this together off an idea I've been running through my head. It was my first attempt at using the software (GA), so I know I'll learn as I go (as usual).

I think the samples are pretty good, and I like how easy it is to modify the kits and the sound.

Now to try something a little more agressive...

Awesome!
Did the VD plays all the drums and you add the rest, or how does it works? I'm really interested... Thanks

programming w/ Groove Agent

This program is about the easiest that I've ever used. Essentially, all you do is select a tempo, choose a style, and begin your sequencer. You then select things such as fills, 1/2 tempo, snare or stick etc. After you have recorded the misi parts (which trigger the samples), you can cut and paste them to make changes in any way you want. You can also edit note for note if you want. The best part is that every move is attached to a sample of a rel drummer playing.

Yhere should be a demo at the wizzoo site or the steinberg site I would think.

Absolutely the best $200 I've ever spent on software.
