I am using Nuendo 1.5 but this is a basic recording question. When I am initially recording my tracks I can see the track's recorded monitor level. What should the highest recorded level on my monitor input be....zero?Should the average monitor input level be zero or should I find the highest peak of the instrument and make that the zero level?
