splitting stereo signal from cardoid

Hello, I have a pair of cardoid microphones (more info here) that are meant for line-in on a recording device, used mostly for live recording. I am wanting to use these as overheads for my drumset (limited mics) using a delta 44.
My question is, how would I go about converting this stereo line-in output to two separate mono outputs for use with the delta (and of course putting a mic pre in between)?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, thanks for your help in advance.

A stereo Y-splitter that converts the mini-TRS jack to 2 TS 1/4" jacks.........

Those mics require power (like phantom but not quite) to work. Do you have a power source for them?

I knew the answer would be fairly simple, but wasn't sure if that would work for whatever reason.
Yes, I have the battery pack for the mics, but I was wondering if I could take the two split 1/4" and run those through a mic pre (I'm guessing not, or there isn't a need for that). Thanks for the help.

Id mic it mono, then split it with a channel converter in something like sound forge, then pop it into whatever software your using for multitracking with the D44. This way you not dealing with the phase cancellation you more than likely will get micing with a split off the source. The channel converter has been great for rectifying this very situation.

For those types of splitters and conversions (if you are going to convert it to XLR) go to your local radio shack, they have a lot of stuff....
