Well here it is...my Special News update on the battle between kevlar and thirst...its my first true recording as I haven't had my equipment a good month yet so its rough around the edges...but I thought it was a laugh so I put it up on soundclick.

Please know that i made the song as a satire and I got love for any emcee who does what they do. Much respect to kevlar and thirst.

haha let me explain once again it was a joke, a satire, I read the posts they had about the battle and I wrote a quick rhyme in 5 mins, chose a simple beat, and tried to rhyme old school like, since they were talking about old school, 'the culture', and battling on the block with beatboxers. take it for what it is please...I wasn't trying to win a grammy or nothing...just messing around while learning how to use my equipment...lol

it is a joke people...haha

this had some very nice vocab in it....REALLY nice....flow is actually really nice too...one take shit you can tell...i think at the end of the thirst half you may have Qued in but not sure..maybe wrong, but flow is very dope for a one take.....but you just sound dumb.....but then again i think you went for that appeal in this track, like you made your self sound like that...id like to hear something more serious from you....you def got alot of potential, just you sound dumb on this voice wise....but yea vocab and punches this was DEF DEF on point kid
 
that there was the most godawful thing i've heard in a while...
on more than one level...

yo sup kevlar I wanted to ask you what kind of equipment you are using. I'm working on a demo myself and I have a studio projects b-1, studio projects vtb-1 pre amp, soundblaster card and other crap...I would like to know what you use because your song's you've posted sound very clean and semi-pro, which is what i'm looking for when i make my demo
