spdif card advice?

I need an SPDIF Coaxial audio card for my windows home XP based PC.
I will be using it to mixdown from a yamaha 4416 to my computer.
Also what type of software will i need?
I am sending out for mastering so i would like to make a CD24 Disc AIFF Files.

Get something like an audiophile 2496. It's got s/dif, and a couple more analog ins if needed

Echo Mia works well on S/PDIF too.

Any recording software will work; it's the drivers for the card that will present it as a set of inputs and outputs.
