Has anything been announced concerning the release date & price of the C4? I'm considering a pair of ECM8000's or 603S's, but I'd hate to buy right before C4 comes out & kicks their ass.

Somewhere I saw a post from Alan Hyatt saying that they would be released at the January NAMM and would sell for $300/pair.

Id go ahead and get the ecm8000s purly because they are cheap I got mine for 45.00 for the pair from the musicians friend clearence center.

By the way, his pricing is kind of funny because the street price when the stuff comes out has been consistantly lower than the earlier estimates. I would look for the suggested price to be even better upon release.
