I was looking at the SPC3. Anyone think its worth it?

I own a C-3. I like it better than C-1 on vocals. It is bright and accurate, which can be good or bad, depending on the voice. It is a good room mic for a lot of things. I don't like it on acoustic guitar particularly. Padded, it is good on cabs. Whether it is the right vocal mic seriously depends on the singer. Yes, it's worth it. I have a few vocal mics, and the C-3 will stick around for a while.-Richie

thanx rich! I use a couple ksm109's for guitars and wanted a good vocal mic. I know it all depends on the vocalist for any mic anyways but it's great to hear the c-3 good with vocals!
