Soundclick and samples

Yeah, I know I'm late on this one, but I just created my soundclick site. I wanna try to get some feedback on some tracks, but what's the deal with tracks with samples? Can you upload those without them tryna shut you down? Holler back.

You can post them up, but you cant sell them.

You can definitely use samples. You can sell the tracks too, you just have to make the buyer aware that the samples aren't cleared. All the tracks I've sold this year have contained samples.
