Hello,

I currently have been playing around with internet streaming radio. My computers soundcard is very limited when it comes to inputs-outputs.
It's an older soundblaster card and I would like to upgrade it.

Here are the features I would like to have:

Stereo L/R inputs (RCA or 1/4", doesn't matter)

Spdif stereo digital input

Stereo headphone output I prefer 1/4" connection.

I would like this to be a PCI internal sound card as many of the things I do require sounds that are in my computer itself.

I have my own mic pre's, compressor, gates, mic's etc. So I am all set there.

Whatever you think will give me what I require and is easy to install and configure.
Thank you in advance!

Maudio audiophile fits your description:

the only thing it does not have is the headphone out (most PCI/breakout cable type cards dont have a headphone out). The easy way around that would be to get one of those 4 channel $20 Behringer headphone amps and use to split the output signal from the RCA's

Thank you for your reply, I do have a 4 channel headphone amp so this soundcard looks like a perfect fit for me!
