Soundcard Help

I'm looking for soundcard suggestions for a home recording studio setup. The souncard needs to be external (USB, Firewire, PCMCIA, etc..), have MIDI inputs for a keyboard, and line in from a guitar. The price range i'm looking at is between $150-$250. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I got a Tascam US122 for $200. If you're confident that you can get the USB to work, it is a very cool little box. I used it to record the song in my signature line.
