I have an alesis 16 firewire mixer.
My soundcards kinda old.
Does it matter that i have a good sound card in my computer or does my mixer count as one. So if i were to replace my soundcard.. would my music sound better.?
Your best bet is to disable the PC soundcard in the bios, or set up two hardware profiles,one using the onboard scoundcard, one using the firewire unit
