Yeah, my uncle just bought a brand new Honda goldwing. He wants to install some kind of music onto the thing. Honda wants $1000 for a 6 disk cd player and he thinks that is too much. Soooo, he asked me what I thought, and now I am asking you.

On the system there is a aux in, he can plug a cd play, minidisk, or mp3 player in of course. He is wondering which would be better minidisk or mp3 player? I am thinking the mp3 player like one of those EMU that hold 100-300 cds worth of music. If he got an mp3 player, can he record some of his cds from his home stereo system onto his mp3 player instead of from the computer? how about with the minidisk? Any other reasons why to buy the mp3 player and not the minidisk?

Thanks a lot,
D

mp3 has no moving parts, this is good... also to get the mp3s down, upload cd as wave with an audio grabber onto the pc, then rip 'em to mp3 (plenty freeware available)....

I think that is what my uncle doesn't want to do. But thanks for the reply
