Sound problem W/ delta

I have the Delta 66 with Logic 4.8.1. I am getting really bad sound distorted.Can these cards or the i/o boxes go bad? I called tech support.Seemed like the guy was new.Had me set it up the way I already had it.Need help!!!

you will have to be a little more specific...


Open the virtual mixer and check your signal levels. Does it playback okay? Have you tried delta with other audio apps??

The Delta's work fine with Logic, so there is a problem here with the card or the settings.

I called tech support to see if I had it set right.They took me through it and set it up the way I did.The levels are maxed.I can record and monitor but it sounds bad.even at very low amplitudes.I was wondering if you leave the i/o box on for extended periods would that harm it?

You can use 2 cards. Just be careful not to create conflicts.
