hi in my pc , i have a sound fusion external midi sound card.. will i be able to do vocals through cubase with this soundcard? thanks...

Info you can use...
Only if it has a microphone in - and if it does, the microphone preamp is almost guaranteed to be low quality.
You need to read up - on this site and elsewhere - about what makes a clean signal path. Along the way you can pick up mic recommendations, Cubase tips and all kinds of other useful things!
