For those who have not used it...I can sum it up....Excellent.
Easyer than CEP and has a hell of a choise of eq's.

4.5 , is so much more involved than 4.0

You will like it.

Doesnt it only support up to 16 bits? Kinda defeats the purpose of having a 24 bit soundcard...

Not if you have or plan to get an Apogee Rosetta. Then you can dither from 24-16 via Apogee's UV-22 process. Well worth it!

Although, I'd rather have an Apogee Master Tools Direct-X plug-in (soon to be released by Steinberg) and have dithering be the last process; right before it hits CD.

IF you go to the Sonic Foundry's homepage you can down load the latest build of Sound Forge which will allow you to use 24 bits.

Fishmed:

Did you download the 24-bit upgrade from Sonic Foundry's webpage? If so, hows it doing? I just got a copy of Sound Forge 4.5 for free.

Never mind. I see you must have the serial number from the manual; which I don't have.
