I was wondering if anyone has any idea why when i record a new track on my PC, while listening to another track through my speakers (ie guitar is recorded on track one, and i'm singing on track two), they sound fine to the ear, but are recorded slightly out of sync? I thought that maybe the signal takes a time to get to the speakers, and hence i'm hearing it slightly late and then recording the next track slightly late (just guessing).Is there anything i can do to rectify the problem?
