Sound card

Hey folks
I was wondering...
What is the best soundcard that I can get for around $200?
All I care about, really, is that is records at better than 16 bit.

Is that better than that Delta 44?

As best as I can tell, they are similar in sound quality. The primary differences I noticed were.

Audiophile -- supports MIDI
Delta 44 -- Provides 4 ins and 4 Outs.

I personally purchased the Delta 66 w/ the Omni Studio, but that came to about $400 and you may not need that many inputs -- depends on how you plan to use it.
