Sound Card?

All I need is an S/PDIF input, and balanced outputs. Anybody have any suggestions?

Sounblaster Live is pretty good in my opinion. It comes with the Live Drive that has all that good stuff.

Ah, I see. Yeah I am on a tight budget so that's what I have to work with. Try going to musiciansfriend.com. They got quite a few on there.
 
First that comes to mind is an M-audio Delta 66 but with spdif, 4 balanced ins and 4 balanced outs a bit more than you need.
Needing balanced out really brings down the options.
 
Terratecs Phase28 is a rather new kid on the block. Like the Delta44 a bit of an overkill though. Not sure where the price is going.
